Study the Parables
What was the purpose of Jesus teaching in parables? Who was His audience? How do we hear and understand them in today’s world? Are the Parables talking to me? After hearing the parables proclaimed in the gospels for so many years, we might be so used to them that we miss the impact they originally had.
Join us for a 9 week study beginning Monday August 26 at 7:00 pm in the St. Joseph’s Room or Wednesday, August 28 at 10:30 am in the parish office conference room. The cost of the program is $15.00 for materials. No experience necessary!
Before Session 1 please read Luke 10:25-37 the story of the Good Samaritan.
